  • Half-Day: 9am to 1pm

    Extended Day: 9am to 2:30pm

  • Before School Care: 8:00am - 8:45am

    After School Care: 2:45pm - 6:00pm

  • Monthly tuition fees are list on the first page of our registration packages

  • We do not provide any food for students. Families are responsible to provide all snacks and lunch for their child each day as well as a pre-filled water bottle. Please note that we are a nut-free facility.

  • No, we only service students attending the elementary school we operate out of. Our Debeck location will only take students attending Debeck Elementary School, and our Whiteside location will only take students attending Whiteside Elementary School.

  • For our programs to function smoothly, we require children to know how to use the toilet independently.

  • Yes. Once your child is fully registered, please email us to complete a child care arrangement form. Please note that you are responsible for full tuition fees until your benefit is approved.

  • Yes! This reduction will directly be deducted from monthly tuition for the months Hatch have been approved funding for. Monthly reductions are based on the program your child is enrolled in.

  • We offer full-time 5 days per week and part-time 3 or 2 days per week for our PreK programs. We only offer part-time options in our OSC programs if the program is not at full capacity.

  • Our school year programs run from September to June , following the Richmond School District calendar. We follow the same breaks (Winter & Spring), stat holidays, and ProD days. Students are required to re-register each school year (in late January for the upcoming September school year) to secure their spots.
